昨天包水餃,剩下的水餃皮,不浪費,今天再把它變身成蘿蔔絲餅,煎尬恰恰,真是好吃!😋😋😋#水餃皮蘿蔔絲餅❤蘿蔔絲要先加鹽巴去水捏乾水份再炒!鍋子放點油,櫻花蝦或蝦皮(切細)先爆香,加入蘿蔔絲,炒半熟即可!胡椒粉` 糖` 鹽巴調味!等放涼再包!水餃皮連接處沾點水,邊捲邊抹點水,先捲成長條狀,再捲成蝸牛狀!平底鍋放點油,一面煎到恰恰後翻面,加點水蓋上鍋蓋,等水份剩一點點時,再兩面煎到恰恰恰即完成!
